This fundraising event wonderfully matches Polar Bear&#8217;s commitment to our community and education, with our company&#8217;s mission of providing historical preservation with the modern convenience of central air conditioning.<\/p>\n<p>The funds raised during the CHCS Renovator&#8217;s Tour have been used to purchase new equipment for the science lab, instruments and uniforms for the school band, and also to make improvements to school facilities, such as the teaching kitchen and playground.<\/p>\n<p>The CHCS Renovator\u2019s House Tour is a walking tour of several homes on Capitol Hill.
