Amazing customer service, high quality work, and fair in their pricing. I can't say enough about how they listen to what you need to find solutions instead of upselling you stuff you don't need. Polar bear replaced the cooling unit for my HVAC, does my annual maintenance, and were the only ones to identify the cause of a mysterious HVAC-related water issue when others just quoted work without identifying the cause. When they come out, they're very respectful of my home, tidy, and nice to my dogs.
In case it is helpful, I'll add that as a single woman, I've always felt comfortable alone with them in my home.

Really happy with the experience. I called on a Monday morning after a heatwave and they were still able to come by the next morning. Tech showed up in the specified window and fixed the problem, which turned out to be a broken compressor, quickly. The tech provided some helpful advice about filter changes and cleaning but didn't pressure me for anything extra.
Polar Bear installed my central a/c system in 2021 and comes every spring to check its operation. We are fortunate to have the same technician each year. He not only does a complete diagnosis but takes the time to answer my questions and provide advice on keeping the system operating at top capacity. Much appreciated. Five Stars!
